Ever since the update to the catering layout, I am unable to view random neighbors catering orders that I am supposed to be helping. These are neighbors that I am supposed to be assisting, however I am unable to view their orders to know what items they still need to cook. Instead, I can see their name, but the title of the catering job does not even display. It also displays that they have a crew of 1 of 1. If I happen to cook something on their job it says I've helped, but I can not view the job. I talk to them and they tell me I'm on their crew, so why is my view incorrect? Other random jobs still view perfectly.

This is an old problem. It's happening to me yet again today for the 4th time that I know of. It seems to happen most often when new catering orders come out. Last time it was out for over 3 days for me and despite writing to topgamesforum it only came back after ranting and raving all over these forums.

I'm really getting sick of this as I have well over 200 friends and I LOVE helping and doing catering orders.

i have the same proble..the "HELPING FRIENDS" section is not working... its ZERO %, i help a lot of nieghbors but didnt see thier order.....its 0% so topgamesforum please fix it....

I have never been able to see anything in the catering book so thanks for posting the picture, that would be VERY helpful to be able to have that

I have the same problem both sides of the menue are not working, it just seems to gang there

Same here, but was working yesterday. I can't add myself to crews so people think I'm mean by not helping.

I heard from topgamesforum this morning with a totally bogus answer. They're trying to tell me it's a connection problem and I should uninstall and reinstall my browser which is a load of you know what.
How can someone else log into their account on my PC and see their orders where I can't???
I wrote them back and now they want a screen shot like they haven't seen or heard this complaint before. I think I've written them at least 4 times about it every time it happens to me.

I have friends who can see the neighbors I want to help while they can't see the ones that I can. Most of the time I can't see how much the people I'm helping are done.

The main gripe I have at the moment is this I AM TIRED OF NOT BEING ABLE TO HELP MY FRIENDS WHO NEED THE HELP BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT ON MY HELP LIST AND WHEN THEY SEND ME A REQUEST TO HELP IT MAY GO THROUGH FOR A LITTLE BIT BUT THEN I GET BUMPED OFF THEIR CREW FOR NO REASON. Sorry - I figured topgamesforum needed it highlighted. lol Please fix this topgamesforum. Its not fair to those of us affected by this crud. Thanks!

Also, just a FYI - the custom post thing is not working on cafe world feeds. You custom it for certain people and it publishes it for everyone. Its kind of annoying and needs fixing. I save stuff for certain people who need it and I don't want it being grabbed by someone who doesn't.

This is a really old problem it started with the Magical Catering Mission. So many people are doing it at the same time the servers are probably having a really hard time keeping up with the numbers to post them all. I am having the same problem and just like everybody else it bugs the doodles out of me because I want to be able to help while I am working on my orders and make sure everybody is getting the items they need. It locks up on the older missions but I jump back and forth between the menus and it loads okay. Hopefully that get it fixed..but everybody wants Christmas decorations right now too so we shall see.

It takes a lot of code and a lot of typing to make online games work. The faster they type the more errors we get. So Patience thy name is me.

Actually the first time it started for me was when Ghoulish Feast came out. And actually it happens every time a new catering order come out (although it didn't happen with Baby Shower). When it happens I lose all interest in Cafe World which is the point where I am right now. Doing and helping on catering orders is what makes the game fun for me. Without being able to properly help, I'd rather not play.

I have the same problem,sometimes its working fr days,now it's gone fr almost a week.
If no one cares from topgamesforum i gonna quit playing cafeworld, cause my posts don't appear on homepage either and cant see posts off my neighbors,so all te gifts and rewards I cant collect.fr weeks now, thks topgamesforum fr your help

I liked this game very much but no fun here anymore
